India came back strong on Day 3 to stand in commanding position. From 152/1, New Zealand were bowled out for 262 as Jadeja and Ashwin picked 9 wickets between them. After taking a 56-run first innings lead, another strong batting performance from the Indian top order helped them to finish the day at 159/1 in 2nd innings. The hosts now lead by 215 runs with 9 wickets in hand.
