This time too, many players have been drafted into the national squad and hence, they are waiting for their opportunity. The BCCI has come up with a new squad this time.

Here are 3 players who may not get a chance in the playing XI in India vs England T20I series
3. Axar Patel
Axar Patel has been in the domestic arena for quite some time now. He made his test debut in 2015 and has been an economical bowler for the team. Well, there has been healthy competition amongst various players for a single spot in the side. Therefore, Axar has been unable to keep his place in the squad regularly.
Axar has played in 11 T20I matches. During his career, he has picked up only 9 wickets. But this was only because of lack of opportunities and the rise of Ravindra Jadeja during the same time. As a result, Axar was included in the team just to warm the benches. However this time he has been picked up by the management.
After an impressive test debut, the management has decided to retain Axar Patel. But, there are better spinners who have performed exceptionally well against England. Hence, Axar might not make it to the playing eleven this time. Therefore, Axar makes it to this list!
