Indian supporters troll Pakistan for the 'Biscuit Trophy'

Australia and Pakistan are currently locking horns in the three-match T20I series, which has already been won by the Men in Green, captained by Sarfraz Ahmed, after victories in Abu Dhabi and Dubai respectively. In the first match at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Babar Azam’s century lifted the home team to a competitive 155 for the loss of eight wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

The Pakistani bowlers spewed venom thereafter and ripped the heart of their rivals’ batting lineup. They reduced Aaron Finch’s men to 22/6 in the sixth over after which the visiting team couldn’t get a foothold back in the match. In the end, Sarfraz’s men won by 66 runs. The second encounter at Dubai International Cricket Stadium wasn’t one-sided by any means.

Indian fans troll Pakistan

After Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first, Babar Azam and Mohammad Hafeez scored 45 and 40 to help their team to 147/6 in 20 overs. During the run-chase, Glenn Maxwell scored a matured 37-ball 52 and he was supported by 27 from Nathan Courter Nile. Apart from that, there was hardly any contribution from the others and the visitors lost by 11 runs.

The third and final encounter of the series is undoubtedly a dead rubber and is scheduled to be played tomorrow in Dubai itself. Prior to the start of the series, the trophy, which will be awarded to the winners, was unveiled. The trophy has become a butt of jokes in the social media platforms for the reason that it has been carved in a shape of a huge biscuit.

Earlier, the International Cricket Council (ICC) and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) tried to troll each other surrounding the trophy. In the meantime, the Indian supporters have also joined in and trolled the PCB for the unique trophy.
