Delhi, after losing their spot on the top of the table and going down to no. 3, will look to reclaim a top-two finish when they host Rajasthan in the first match of the weekend. The visitors, who will be without Captain Steven Smith, have to win this game to stay in the battle for the playoffs. Shreyas Gopal, who took a hat-trick in the previous game against Bangalore, will be looking to upstage the likes of Shreyas Iyer and Shikhar Dhawan. Here is all you need to know before picking your Fantain XI and Dream11 teams for the North India derby.
Team News –
In what is a massive blow for Delhi, their star bowler Kagiso Rabada, who is also the purple cap holder with 25 wickets, has been ruled out of the tournament due to issues on his back. After Delhi’s 80-run loss to Chennai, skipper Shreyas Iyer had mentioned that a large reason for the loss was the absence of Rabada, who was rested for back pain. It now remains to be seen how Delhi tackle their problems without their MVP.

Captain and vice-captain options
Riyan Parag, although the youngest member in the team at the age of 17, has become the most dependable batsman in Rajasthan’s ranks. He has been scoring runs consistently and is thus a safe option for your Fantain vice-captain.
Shreyas Iyer, the Delhi skipper, has been the backbone of Delhi’s batting this year, and will do anything it takes to take his team back on top 2 on the points table. Shreyas is a good choice for your Fantain captain.
Avoid fast bowlers because they are likely to be on the receiving end on this particular wicket.
