India vs Pakistan is the biggest match of this year as the fans have been waiting for this contest for over a year now. The day is finally here and the game is just hours away. However, the fixture is marred with security concerns and potential terrorist attacks.
There was a terror attack in Manchester when suicide bombers killed more than 20 people at an Ariana Grande concert. Things seemed calmer since then until yesterday when a van overrun people in London. The London Bridge witnessed something inhuman when the driver drove at a high speed manning down the walkers nearby.
The incident took place near Borough Market and Vauxhall. It is claimed to be a “potential act of terrorism.” This might affect the Indian vs Pakistan clash but the ICC has rubbished every concern by tweeting a picture of clash and terming it one of the biggest matches.
The tweet read, “It’s the day of one of the cricket’s biggest matches! Who do you think will come out on top? RT: India ❤️: Pakistan.”

Team India’s hotel under lock down
Birmingham is about 210 km away from London but that act of terrorism has shocked all of England. The security has been doubled everywhere. It is understood that the hotel where Team India is staying is in a lock down mode.
No one can pass in or out of the hotel as of now. The security, in general, has been increased but the security around all the teams is immensely tight.
There is another threat to the game which no one has control over and that is the rains. The contest might be spoiled by rain as the weather report suggest the same. We will have to wait and see how things pan out.
