AB de Villiers is one of the most feared batsmen in the shortest format of the game. The right-handed batsman has the ability to hit sixes in all parts of the ground, hence he is fondly called ‘Mr. 360’. The South African batsman is also one of the best fielders in the world which adds to his value.

De Villiers has been phenomenal in the IPL over the years as he has a strike rate of close to 150 after 10 seasons of the league. He has scored 3 centuries in the league and has an average of just below 40 which is incredible considering his strike-rate. AB  has a huge fan following in India which increases his brand value.

The South African could have easily earned Rs. 18 crores if he decided to go back into the auction as against the Rs. 11 crore that RCB is paying him.
