The fans in Bengaluru were thrilled to bits during the recent encounter between the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Chennai Super Kings. The visiting side managed to win the final honors after MS Dhoni clobbered a six to long on to seal the fate of the game. It was an absolute run fest and a sensational run chase. The members of the CSK camp have been posting updates about the win and David Willey, the new recruit, has joined the list as well.

As soon as Dhoni hit the winning runs to complete an improbable chase, the fans erupted in joy. The good wishes came in flooding for Chennai Super Kings and their leader, MS Dhoni. The Bollywood celebrities could not believe what they had seen in the game, and neither did the CSK team members like David Willey could believe their eyes at the absolute carnage Dhoni brought in to the game.

Willey took to micro blogging site Twitter to express his awe for the knock that Dhoni played. He called it to be an incredible win and hailed Dhoni’s knock as an ‘out of the world’ effort. He added that he just cannot believe that he has seen a thriller like this on the cricket field.

Here is what David Willey had to say about the sensational run chase:

“WOW!!!! What an incredible win @ChennaiIPL! @msdhoni that was out of this world!!!! Can’t believe I’ve just witnessed that! #CSK #Dhoni #WhistlePodu,” David Willey exclaimed in his tweet.

Talking about Dhoni’s knock, the veteran batsman arrived at the crease when Chennai Super Kings were reeling at 74/4 in 9 overs. The target of 205 looked like a little too much to overhaul. But Dhoni, along with Ambati Rayudu, added 101 runs for the fifth wicket to keep things going. After Rayudu’s dismissal on 82, Dhoni ensured that he stayed till the very end to seal the game for his side. Dhoni hammered an unbeaten 70 off just 34 balls with a four and seven brutal sixes to his name. He finished things off with a six over long on.
