Dynamic Indian all-rounder, Ravindra Jadeja, who is currently plying his trade for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is unarguably one of the best fielders in the world. However, he had a forgettable day in the field during their previous fixture against Kolkata Knight Riders, where he dropped two catches off consecutive balls. Fielding at covers, Jadeja dropped two catches off Sunil Narine, who once again played a top knock up the order for Dinesh Karthik’s men.

The incident happened in the second over of KKR’s chase when Narine was batting on 6. After hitting a six off KM Asif’s bowling, Narine hit one straight to Ravindra Jadeja, who dropped a sitter. Before anybody could come to terms with what had happened, Narine hit the next ball once again to Jadeja who mistimed his jump and dropped another catch.

The social media soon went into a frenzy mode after the incident. Fans started retweeting tweets from MS Dhoni’s timeline where the former Indian skipper took to Twitter to tweet several jokes related to Sir Ravindra Jadeja. They chipped in with many jokes and Dhoni obliged to the funniest ones.

The one tweet in particular which relate to this incident is when Dhoni wrote, “Sir Jadeja doesn’t run to take the catch but the ball finds him and lands on his hand.”

Here is a list of some of the other tweets shared by Dhoni in 2013 which he did after Jadeja won CSK a match in style with the bat.
