Frequent losses can easily put a psychological dent in the camp of a team, which is understandable. However, the need to keep the morale up and running is paramount in order for the team to counter the difficulties and gradually drag themselves from the slump. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have had a jittery campaign thus far in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

They have romped home on three occasions, however, have also tasted defeat as many times. Despite the stutters, the mood in the camp hasn’t gone down by any means. In a video released today by the KKR Official page on YouTube, the behind the scenes of the Knights have been revealed wherein the players have been seen having a gala time with each other.

The hilarious moments

The clip starts with Andre Russell taking his stance and asking Chris Lynn to bowl at him, which the Australian batsman refused. Thereafter, the Jamaican is seen trying to take a selfie along with Lynn and Kuldeep Yadav after which the Indian chinaman bowler caught hold of Russell’s funky hair. Meanwhile, Dinesh Karthik has fun sitting on a bench and lifting a dumbbell.

Russell, eventually, got someone to bowl at him in the form of Kuldeep. The Windies batsman blocked the first ball after which he leaves the next delivery. The funniest moment sparks when Russell mocks the Knights’ skipper after he gets out and then he imitates Robin Uthappa as well. Being in a healthy shape of mind is crucial and it’s heartening to see the Knights not allowing the pressure to unnerve them.

The Knight Riders played their last game against the Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and were beaten black and blue. KL Rahul and Chris Gayle went hammer and tongs and made an absolute mockery of what seemed like a daunting target for them to chase down. The Knights next play the Delhi Daredevils on April 27 at the Feroz Shah Kotla.
