Chennai Super Kings made it two in two against Royal Challengers Bangalore this season with a comfortable 6-wicket win in a low-scoring encounter in Pune. RCB’s famed batting crumbled against the CSK spinners with as many as eight batsmen getting out for single-digit returns. If it was not for Parthiv Patel’s half century and Tim Southee’s late cameo, RCB would not have even managed 127/9. Contributions from their inform batsmen Ambati Rayudu and MS Dhoni saw CSK chase down the total with two overs to spare.
