IPL 2018: MS Dhoni's die-hard fan not allowed to take CSK flag inside the Stadium

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will lock horns soon in the 24th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL). A lot of superstars going around in the world cricket will stack in front of each other in the marquee clash. There will be a lot of support to the home side but the popularity of MS Dhoni is huge and wherever he plays around the country, he will get a loud cheer. However, his die-hard fan Saravanan Hari was not allowed to enter the Chinnaswamy Stadium with CSK flag.

Hari is known to watch all the matches of the Men in Yellow ever since the inception of the tournament way back in 2008. He is from Chennai and like everyone, he is also a fan of his team but the way he represents is different from everyone. He paints all his body with the way the jersey of CSK is and roars in the Stadium waving the flag of his favourite whenever CSK is leading in the game. He is also the superfan of Dhoni which goes without him and believes he is the god for him.

Why wasn’t he allowed?

Hari Saravanan was not allowed to enter the Stadium by the security guards of the Chinnaswamy Stadium as he was taking the flag of CSK with him. He was made to keep the flag outside the ground and was then only given an entry to watch the epic clash. While some are feeling that this gesture from RCB is not at all correct, few believed that these are the rules and no one are allowed anything inside the Stadium as part of their security concerns.

One of the CSK fans was fumed with the same and took to Twitter to lash out at the RCB management. He also challenged them that they will get better hospitality in Pune or Chennai as it is the home of CSK. “Dear @RCBTweets This is Crazy !! Our Superfan @CricSuperFan is not allowed to Carry #CSK Flag inside Chinnaswamy Stadium and is forced to leave it behind !!. Kya Re ? You come over to Chennai or Pune and see what hospitality is #WhistlePodu @ChennaiIPL,” he tweeted.
