IPL 2018: Bollywood Diva impressed by Rishabh Pant's record-breaking innings

He had blunted the best bowling attack of the tournament during his heroic knock.

Indian Premier League (IPL) has always been a wonderful platform for the youngsters to showcase their talent. Even the ongoing season is no different as the new talent is being unearthed every other day and interestingly they are the best performers for their side. Recently, Rishabh Pant played one of the best T20 innings against the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) as he was hailed from all the corners of the cricketing world. However, he received a special praise from the popular Bollywood actress Nushrat Bharucha who was thrilled to watch his trailblazing knock.

Rishabh Pant shattered records during his stay in the middle and tore apart the best bowling attack of the tournament. Moreover, his innings came at the right time for his team when they were struggling to score runs and the assault which began in the middle overs continued until the end with Bhuvneshwar Kumar facing most of the hat. He was taken apart for 26 runs in the last over of the innings as the youngster showed his prowess with the bat.

Nushrat Bharucha is a popular Bollywood actress and even she didn’t miss the heroic knock from Rishabh Pant. Interestingly, she liked his batting so much that the Diva also watched the highlights again the following day. Nushrat took to Twitter to congratulate Pant for scoring a ton and becoming the first Indian to reach the landmark this season. “128 off 63!! @RishabPant777 what a game!! Absolute delight to watch! Saw the highlights just to see his innings again!: she tweeted.

Even the left-handed wicketkeeper batsman was overwhelmed with her wishes and he thanked her for the same. Unfortunately, his brilliance failed to win the game for his side as the likes of Shikhar Dhawan and Kane Williamson scored half-centuries and won the match easily for SRH. Though Pant won many hearts for his special outing at Feroz Shah Kotla.
