IPL 2018: Preity Zinta heaps praises on Mujeeb Ur Rahman

Mujeeb Ur Rahman has taken giant strides in the cricketing world. At the tender age of 17 years, he has already made a name for himself with his resourceful bag of tricks. The off-break bowler played the Under-19 World Cup for Afghanistan in New Zealand and impressed one and all. Earlier he became the first male cricketer from the 21st century to play international cricket.
He was also rewarded with a lucrative deal in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The tweaker was roped in by the Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) for a whopping INR 4 crores. The Delhi Daredevils (DD) went hell for leather as well to bag the youngster, but the Preity Zinta-owned franchise eventually drafted him in. He has played ten matches thus far in which he has picked up 16 wickets.

Moreover, he boasts off a stupendous economy rate of 6.69, which has meant that he has been able to put a lid on the opposition batsmen without much fuss. His best bowling figures of 3/27 came against the Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Holkar Stadium in Indore where he dismissed the likes of Jos Buttler, Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer in quick succession.
He has also pinned batsmen of the calibre of Virat Kohli, who has been phenomenal against the spinners over the course of his career. Punjab are currently placed in the third position and still need a few wins in order for them to qualify for the playoffs. Meanwhile, Preity is delighted by the exhibition from the young turk and she, subsequently, took to Instagram and posted a photo along with a message which read
