Chasing 184 against Kings XI Punjab, the Royals were cruising at 108 for 1 when Ravi Ashwin dismissed Jos Buttler through Mankad. The run-out completely changed the course of the game as the Royals lost wickets in heap to finish on 170 for 9.

Both the teams will be desperate to move on from the defeats in their opening games. An exciting contest may be on the cards as they will strive to make a statement in the upcoming game.
