The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are one of the most experienced when it comes to dealing with the playoffs of the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, the Yellow Army was humbled by the Mumbai Indians (MI) by six wickets in the Qualifier 1. On a difficult strip to bat at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, CSK crumbled after which a calm-headed half-century from Suryakumar Yadav crippled MS Dhoni & Co.
Their upcoming encounter is against the Delhi Capitals (DC) tomorrow in Visakhapatnam and it’s a must-win game for them. The Super Kings humbled Shreyas Iyer and Co both times in the round-robin stage. However, having lost their last two games, the other one coming against Kings XI Punjab (KXI), CSK would a tad low on confidence. The Capitals are coming off a win versus the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
The Qualifier 2 of the IPL between CSK and DC will be hosted by the Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam.
The match starts at 07:30 PM local time (14:00 GMT).
The game will be live on Star Sports in India. (Live streaming on Hotstar).
The temperature won’t be too high with the numbers around the 30-degrees Celsius mark. But the humidity will be on the higher side and it will be between 80 and per cent. A significant amount of dew is expected to be there throughout the match.

In the erstwhile contest, SRH and DC had a combined tally of over 320 runs and hence, it’s pretty evident that run-making isn’t all that difficult on this deck. Nevertheless, the spinners were tough to get away and both Rashid Khan and Amit Mishra showed it.
