Royal Challengers Bangalore will be up against Delhi Capitals, in what is set to be a nail-biting contest. RCB seem to have put the demons of the last few seasons away, and have started very positively. With three wins in four games, they seem to be on the right track. They now have a settled team, with everyone doing their respective jobs beautifully. It is perhaps the first time in a few years that RCB’s batting hasn’t looked completely reliant on Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers.

Their death bowling too, seems to be a few notches better. They would be confident going into this game, having secured back to back victories. Delhi Capitals, on the otehr hand, have played equally good cricket, and they too have three wins in four games.

They have looked one of the better sides in the competition, with a strong core and enough replacements to play the right players at the right venues. They would, in particular, be happy about their bowling attack, which has done exceedingly well. They will, however, be hoping for all their batsmen to come into form.

For the RCB vs DC game, these are 3 players you must pick for your Dream11 team:

1. Virat Kohli (10.5 credits)

After a barren start to the IPL 13, where he managed to score just 18 runs in three innings, Virat Kohli returned to form against Rajasthan Royals. The 72* he scored may not have been the most fluent, but will sure give him a lot of confidence. He also enjoys batting against Delhi. He has 825 runs against them in 20 innings, at an average of 63.46 with eight 50s.

Now that Kohli seems to have gotten some form with him, it is unlikely he will let it go easily. Expect him to capitalise on the momentum and confidence and score a big one once again, to compensate for all the initial blunders.

2. Shreyas Iyer (9.5 credits)

The Delhi Capitals’ skipper, Shreyas Iyer, put on a show in Sharjah as he smoked 88* off just 38 balls in the last match against KKR. While the match was at Sharjah, which is a comfortable venue for batsmen, Iyer displayed his wide of array of strokes and even went after one of the best international bowlers, Pat Cummins.

Runs under your belt always give you confidence, and with 170 runs in four matches, Iyer will surely look to resume from where he left off. His temperament and form definitely make him a must-pick.

3. Kagiso Rabada (9.5 credits)

While he went for runs in the game against KKR, Kagiso Rabada accounted for KKRs most threatening batsman, Andre Russell, which made Delhi’s job easier. Rabada has been bagging the big fish for a couple of seasons now. He has had a phenomenal IPL 13, with eight wickets in five games and is amongst the highest wicket-takers in the league.

The speedster has also had a good time bowling in Dubai, with five wickets in two games, and with the pace and bounce Rabada possesses, expect him to be a big threat for the RCB batsmen.
