IPL 2020: 3 must pick players in your Dream11 team for RCB vs MI game

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will take on Mumbai Indians (MI) in a match full of superstars. While both the teams have won one and lost one game each, Mumbai Indians seem to be a much more settled side at the moment.

They have a lot going for them and just need to make slight changes. Their batting is coming together and they will hope for a good performance from their pacers once again.

On the other hand despite a win RCB look slightly out of place and are yet to get their best XI on the park. 1. Rohit Sharma (10.5 credits)

Rohit Sharma made up for his failure in the first match by playing a match-winning inning of 80 in the second game against Kolkata Knight Riders. He was able to hit his trademark pull strokes with ease and was hitting the ball cleanly. Rohit has traditionally done well against RCB especially the last two years. With RCB’s middling bowling line up and Rohit Sharma’s form, we could expect a lot of runs from his bat.

2. AB de Villiers (10 credits)

Ab de Villiers has been one of the few RCB players who has found form with the bat. He scored a masterful half century against SRH and even when wickets were falling around him in the match against KXIP, he ended up scoring 28 off 18 balls. He has done well against MI and has 656 runs against them at a strike rate of 143. He will be looking to put in a dominant performance after falling short in the last game.

3. Virat Kohli (10.5 credits)

Yes, Virat Kohli has looked out of sorts in this IPL. Neither does he have an exceptional record against Mumbai. There is no data as such to back up this selection. But Virat Kohli is a player who has always bounced back after any downfall.

After the intense criticism on him after the last game, he is set to come back much more determined and with a plan to score runs. Kohli has always been most dangerous when he has been down and out and it is a hunch that he will perform well in this game against MI.
