IPL 2020: 3 players you can exclude from your Dream11 team for Qualifier 2 SRH vs DC game

Both the teams are one step away from reaching the finals and claiming the title of the Indian Premier League (IPL). It’s Qualifier 2 and the Sunrisers Hyderabad will be taking on Delhi Capitals at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. DC have a lot of issues to solve before they head into this Qualifier 2, be it their batting or team combination. Should they  go with Shimron Hetmyer who can add a bit to their batting arsenal? or should they play with the same combination? It is yet to known.

SRH have been doing really well be it their bowling, batting or fielding, it has been on spot. They might want to play Wriddhiman Saha in place of Shreevats Goswami or will the younger wicket keeper get another chance that too only time can answer. But we are definitely in for a contest between two teams who have a lot to prove on a big occasion.

1. Prithvi Shaw (8 credits)

Prithvi Shaw has managed 228 runs from 13 matches at a very minimal average of 17.53. It is evident that the bowlers from the opposition have cracked the riddle to get him out and are not allowing him to score freely in the Powerplay which he has been doing well over the years. With Jason Holder and Sandeep Sharma being really good with the new ball, there are high chances of Shaw getting out within the powerplay and hence you can opt him out of your Dream11 fantasy team.

2. Rishabh Pant (8.5 credits)

Rishabh Pant this season, in particular, is not like how we have seen him over the years, toying with the bowlers. He hasn’t really got going with the bat, thereby ending up gifting his wicket to the opposition in a crucial moment. This season with the willow he could just contribute for just 285 runs from 12 matches and with the gloves he could contribute for 12 dismissals. It will be interesting to see if the team management goes with Alex Carey and therefore you can exclude Rishabh Pant from your Dream11 fantasy team.

3. Daniel Sams (8 credits)

Daniel Sams hasn’t capitalized with the few opportunities he has got this season. He couldn’t contribute for his team be it with the bat or with the ball. His economy reads 9.50 and hasn’t managed even a single scalp this season. It’s more likely that he will either be replaced by one of the foreign players and hence you can look for other options from both the teams combined for your Dream11 fantasy team.
