IPL 2020: 3 players you can opt as multipliers for your Dream11 team for the MI vs DC game

The two most successful teams of this season, Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians will take on each other in what promises to be a mouth-watering contest. Delhi, after having endured heartbreak over heartbreak till 2019, have become a force to reckon with this season. While they announced their revival by making it to the playoffs last year, this year they have been even more ruthless and dominating.

Barring one loss to SRH, they have seemed in control of all the games and won most of them comprehensively. Mumbai though, will not be an easy opposition to get through for Delhi. Mumbai Indians brushed aside their loss to CSK in the opening game and have done extremely well since then. They did suffer one more loss against RCB, but they made a comeback in that match as well, from a hopeless situations.

Their pace battery has been going great guns, and Jasprit Bumrah‘s return to form will give them a lot of confidence. 1. Rohit Sharma (10.5 credits)

Rohit Sharma has played well this season, scoring 211 runs in 6 games. He has scored a couple of 50s but hasn’t been able to convert them into massive scores. Sharma loves pulling the ball, and while the likes of Rabada and Nortje will challenge him, he will be among the few MI batsmen who will be able to take them on. He hasn’t fired as he would have liked in the last couple of  games. Expect him to take responsibility, and be at his absolute best in this crucial game.

2. Shreyas Iyer (9.5 credits)

The Delhi Capitals skipper has not only led well, but has been in decent nick himself, having scored 203 runs in 6 games so far. Apart from one innings in Sharjah, Shreyas Iyer hasn’t fired to his potential yet. This match, between the top two teams, is definitely going to get the competitive juices flowing in Shreyas, and he would be desperate to do well. We have seen in the past, he is a very calm and mature man, and we can expect him him to bring that maturity to the fore in this game and score a big one.

3. Kagiso Rabada(9.5 credits)

Kagiso Rabada should perhaps be the first name in your team for this game. He has been absolutely sensational this year, having already picked up 15 wickets in 6 games. He hasn’t gone wicketless in the last 20 IPL matches, which is unbelievable to say the least. He will relish this contest against a top team, and will look to bowl the same way he has done all tournament. We can expect Rabada to be at his fiery best and pick up important scalps in this game.
