As Kolkata Knight Riders face Mumbai Indians in their second match of the season, the fans would be looking out for a cracker of a contest. The kind of stars that both the teams have ensures that the fans will get a lot of fantasy points. However going ahead, it is important to know who are in good form and can produce a good performance in the match between KKR and MI.

The two teams have terrific players such as Hardik Pandya, Andre Russell, Jasprit Bumrah, Dinesh Karthik to name a few.

Here are the top 3 fantasy picks for the match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians:

1. Suryakumar Yadav

Suryakumar Yadav has experienced what is probably the highest point of his career. In the recent T20I series against England just before the IPL, Yadav made his debut and had performed extremely well. In the first match of this season, he was seen in sublime touch until he was dismissed for 31. He would be eyeing to convert the start and get a big score against his former team.

It is worth noting that he has two scores of 40 plus against KKR in the last four matches. Also, he enjoys playing spin, which is something Kolkata will present in front of him as a challenge, considering their versatile spin attack.

2. Jasprit Bumrah

Jasprit Bumrah announced his return to professional cricket after his marriage, which had kept him off the field during the recent international series. In the very first match, Bumrah showcased why he is considered a top-class T20 bowler. He returned with figures of 2 for 26 in his four overs with the ball. His record against KKR is also, having picked 12 wickets against them in the IPL so far.

On top of that, the Chennai wicket is slightly on the dodgy side and will allow the bowlers like Bumrah to use their variations effectively. The fast-bowler had finished with 27 wickets from his 15 matches last season.

3. Nitish Rana

The left-handed batsman from KKR was seen at his best when he was opening the innings in the first match of the season against Hyderabad. He played a brilliant knock, attacking the new ball bowlers and then later taking on the spinners in the middle overs. He ended with a score of 80 from 54 balls.

Interestingly, this was his third score of 80 in the last six IPL innings. His match-winning knock was also his fourth fifty in six matches opening the innings for KKR. With form under his belt, Rana is likely to cash in and get another substantial score for his side.
