Rajasthan Royals cricketer Riyan Parag is known to come up with different kind of celebrations on the field. After winning a game for his team last season, he had performed Bihu Dance which had gone viral. This time around, he has come up with a different celebration and he had his teammate Rahul Tewatia assisting him on this occasion.

It had happened during the game between Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium on Saturday. KKR were already in trouble and needed some big runs in the final over of the innings to post a fighting total on the board. Pat Cummins had already hit one out of the ground and wanted to churn out as many runs as possible for his team.

Chris Morris delivered the second ball of the over short which the batsman pulled fiercely only to find Riyan Parag at deep mid-wicket. It was a very good catch as the ball travelled at speed and the fielder did really well to hold on to it. Soon after completing the catch, Parag ran towards Tewatia and the duo hilariously performed a mock selfie celebration to leave the viewers amused.

Here’s the video:

Good day for Royals’ bowlers

Rajasthan Royals bowlers had failed to pick up a single wicket in their previous game against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal had plundered 180+ runs and chased down the score easily. However, it was a completely different for the Royals this time around.

They bowled with a plan right from the word go against KKR. Their bowlers never let the opposition batsmen off the hook to restrict them to just 133 runs at the Wankhede Stadium where runs come easily. Chris Morris was the wrecker in chief picking up four wickets while conceding only 23 runs in his four overs.

He sent back Dinesh Karthik, Andre Russell, Pat Cummins and Shivam Mavi to restrict the damage to a lot of extent in the death overs. The likes of Jaydev Unadkat, Chetan Sakariya and Mustafizur Rahman also bowled well in this game.
