The Bangladeshi left-arm bowler is no stranger to the IPL’s challenges. Despite the fact that he’s not at his lethal best, he is still a formidable opponent when the surface has some grip. In the absence of Jofra Archer, he enjoyed a successful tenure with the Rajasthan Royals as their primary death bowler.

Mustafizur Rahman had a strong showing in the IPL 2021, taking 14 wickets at an economy rate of 8.41. The batters found his cutters and slower ones difficult to read from the hand when he bowled in the death overs. His back-of-the-hand slower ones became incredibly tough to interpret until he got some help off the pitch.

He is the spearhead in Bangladesh’s limited overs bowling attack. With his variations, he will be effective where the grounds will be bigger and the pitches will be slow. His cutters and slower ones will be lethal in the death to outfox the batter. He will surely be on the radars of many franchises in the upcoming mega auction.
