Gujarat Titans (GT) will take on Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in match 59 of the IPL 2024, at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad, on Friday, May 10, 2024. In the ongoing tournament, the Gujarat Titans have won four matches and lost seven matches so far in this ongoing tournament. They are currently in ninth place on the IPL 2024 points table. Thus, the Titans would like to come back to their winning momentum.
On the other hand, the Super Kings have won six matches and also lost five matches so far. They are currently in third place in the points table. Thus, the Super Kings would like to continue their winning momentum. Titans would like to take revenge for the previous encounter between these two held in MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai earlier. This will be an important game for both teams concerning the future of the tournament.
Speaking about the last game of the Gujarat Titans, they had a poor outing with the bat and got all out for just 147. Shahrukh Khan 37(24) who played well helped them to escape from getting all out for a very low score. Speaking about the bowlers, Noor Ahmed (4-0-23-2) bowled beautifully and put a small break in where the RCB batters were going all guns blazing to better NRR. Joshua Little (4-0-45-4) also bowled superbly giving good support to Noor But he was expensive and there were no runs on the board for the Titans to apply pressure and defend the score. Titans will be hoping that these will continue their good form a decent outing with bat, and good support from other batters.

Speaking about the last game of the Chennai Super Kings, Ravindra Jadeja 43(26) batted beautifully and up the ante in the final over which helped Super Kings to post a decent total of 167. Ruturaj Gaikwad 32(21) and Daryl Mitchell 30(19) batted superbly but failed to convert their start into huge innings as a result they had to settle for just 167. Speaking about the bowlers, Ravindra Jadeja (4-0-20-3) bowled beautifully which helped Super Kings to defend an under-par total of 168. Simarjeeth Singh (3-0-16-2) and Mitchell Santner (3-0-10-1) who were economically bowled superbly gave excellent support to Jadeja. Super Kings also got very good support from all other bowlers, as a result, they defended the target against Punjab Kings.
