IPL Fantasy League 2021 – Match 13, DC vs MI – Fantasy Tips

The 13th match in this IPL 2021 season will start at 7:30 PM IST between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Mumbai Indians (MI) in Chennai. In this article, let us discuss the Season Long Fantasy League team setup for Match 13.

Both these teams have played against each other four times in the last season including the finals. On all these four occasions, Delhi lost to Mumbai. The Captain and the opening duo are only among the run-getters for Delhi this season. It is important for the other Delhi batsmen to up their game. Otherwise, the strong Mumbai bowling lineup will breeze past the fragile Delhi’s middle and lower order batting easily.

It is a change of venue for the Delhi Capitals. Till now, they played only in batting-friendly Mumbai pitches. Delhi Capitals will now have to quickly adapt to the difficult Chennai pitches. Delhi played their last match one day before. So most of the fantasy teams will be having DC players.

DC plays their next match after a long seven-match gap. So it is not worth transferring any DC players for this match. Mumbai Indians plays their next match in 3 days. So we can carry the MI players easily for their next match.

We currently have six players from this match from both the teams. So we don’t want to make any transfers for this match.

Transfer Out: 

Lukman Meriwala (DC)/Chetan Sakariya (RR): Lukman Meriwala played in the last match for DC. Considering the change of venue, it is possible that he might not get a chance in the playing XI for this match. So we will transfer out one of these two uncapped players.

Uncapped Transfer In: 

Arshdeep Singh (PBKS): We only have a mandatory bowler slot vacant in our season fantasy team. As we don’t have any other good uncapped players to replace, we will replace them with the uncapped bowler from the next match.

It will be slightly difficult for the DC batsmen to quickly adapt to Chennai Pitch against the strong Mumbai bowling line-up. So we chose the captaincy option from MI team.
