David Warner very quickly ascended up the ranks in the IPL ever since SRH appointed him their captain. Although a very talented batsman, it took the added responsibility to get the best out of him. He is the fastest to reach the 4000-run mark in IPL and he got there in just 114 games. He scored in excess of 500 runs in all the seasons he played for the Sunrisers. Furthermore, he scored an unbelievable 848 runs in 2016 taking his team to their maiden IPL title.

He made a name for himself in no time and is one of the most consistent performers the IPL ever witnessed. He is the quickest to reach the 400 fours mark and has also eclipsed many greats in the process. With a much more stronger team this year, SRH will hope that they will be able to extract better results under Warner.
