It is scary to hang out with Hardik Pandya: KL Rahul

It’s always interesting to know the secrets revolving Indian team members. From teammates disclosing a few dressing room secrets to their behavior off the field, it’s always thrilling to hear those unknown stories. Lately, Indian opener KL Rahul leaked a few secrets about the all-rounder Hardik Pandya.

The 26-year-old, who made a comeback in all three formats, appeared in Vikram Sathaye’s ‘What The Duck – Season 3’ show alongside his teammate Ravichandran Ashwin, where he talked about Hardik Pandya and how difficult it is to hang out with the Surat-born all-rounder. He went on to add that Hardik always spills everything to the skipper.

“It is scary to hang out with Hardik Pandya. There was a time before a match, me, him and Dinesh Karthik headed out to clear our minds. The next day, he spilled everything to Virat (Kohli),” Rahul disclosed in the show. “I became scared and asked him why would he go ratting up to the captain! He does not know what to say when. He has no filter,” Rahul further added.

Recently, Indian captain Virat Kohli also leaked a few interesting stories about Hardik. Skipper gave the ‘entertainer’ tag to Hardik and termed him as a ‘lost mind’. He went on to add that the all-rounder never thinks before speaking and exemplified it with a hilarious instance.

“Pandya is one of the entertaining members in the team. But, I haven’t seen anyone as lost as Pandya in my life,” Kohli said on the show ‘Breakfast with Champions’. “Pandya doesn’t think before speaking. Once he wanted to take Ash’s (Ashwin) name but he ended up saying – ‘Ravikashyap Ashwin kya bowling karta hai yar’. He is very good at heart but he doesn’t have any control over his tongue.”
