Sachin Tendulkar is an icon who is venerated across the cricketing world. Arguably one of the most popular players to have ever played the game, Tendulkar is the only batsman to have scored a staggering 100 international centuries and is also the only player to have played 200 Test matches.

And, actress Saiyami Kher has opened up on her craze for Tendulkar. Kher stated that her fan story has always revolved around Tendulkar.

Kher added that for Tendulkar’s last Test match, she had bought tickets in every stand of the Wankhede Stadium so that she could witness her hero from every angle. Kher admitted that she is indeed crazy when it comes to following live sport.

“My fan story of course, has to revolve around Sachin. So, his last Test, I had bought tickets in each stand so that I could see him from every angle. So that is how crazy a person I am when it comes to live sport,” said Kher in a chat with Cricbuzz.

Saiyami Kher further added that her manager was the person who got her the tickets for Sachin Tendulkar’s final Test match at the Wankhede Stadium, and revealed that she got a seat where Tendulkar’s family was seated.

Kher also revealed that she felt as if she was in Disney Land, as she was sitting with Ajit Tendulkar (Sachin’s brother) and Sachin’s wife Anjali. Kher concluded by stating that she felt really emotional to see the entire Test match.

“The nicest thing was, my manager who is supposed to handle film work, who did not get me so many films got me a ticket where Sachin’s family was sitting.
