Jimmy Neesham is known for his banters on Twitter. Very few manage to match his sense of humour. The cricketer was having a field day on Twitter like always today. He expected Ollie Pope to score a century on debut. Alongside making predictions which didn’t come true, the Kiwi player also answered some of the questions from fans. No doubt, he was at his splendid best.
The New Zealand all-rounder shares a love-hate relationship with the Indian fans. Hence, they don’t miss any opportunity to get the better out of him. A fan used a derogatory Hindi word against him. However, Neesham’s reply won over the Twitterati as he responded by saying, “Do you guys seriously think we play 2 months of IPL and don’t learn any of the language.”

However, this wasn’t the only funny moment in the Q & A session. Another user asked him what advice would he give to someone aspiring to be like him. Neesham didn’t take a lot of time as he responded asking them to rethink their decision all over.

When asked what he loved about India, Neesham told that there was hardly an occasion where he won’t spot a happy face. He told, “Seriously? I love that no matter where you are you can always turn around and see someone smiling.”

Another user was curious to know what questions he doesn’t prefer being asked. The Kiwi all-rounder again took this as an opportunity for bait as he answered saying any on Twitter.

The 27-year-old last featured for the Black Caps way back in the 2017 Champions Trophy. He was absolutely poor in both the departments, averaging 15.67 with the bat and failing to take a single wicket in the three games he played. He hasn’t been considered for the national team since then. Neesham wasn’t even included in the New Zealand A squad for the UAE tour.
