Jimmy Neesham trolls Daniel Vettori on Twitter for his hairdo

New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham, apart from his expertise on the field, is also a renowned troller on Social media and has spared almost none with the help of his witty one-liners and slapstick humor. Former New Zealand captain Daniel Vettori recently faced the brunt of it on Twitter as Neesham mocked his hairdo on a picture uploaded by his compatriot James Franklin.

The Kiwi trio is currently in the United Kingdom as a part of NatWest T20 Blast for their respective county teams. Daniel Vettori, who mentors the Middlesex Crusaders in the T20 tournament, finds the company of fellow Black Caps such as James Franklin, Brendon McCullum and Tim Southee in the squad. The other prominent names in the squad are Eoin Morgan, Steven Finn, Adam Voges, Toby Roland Jones, and Nick Compton.

Meanwhile, Jimmy Neesham represented the Kent Spitfires this season along with his teammate Adam Milne. In an exciting South Division league of the tournament, Glamorgan, Surrey, Hampshire, and Somerset progressed into the quarterfinals of the tournament, whereas Kent Spitfires and Middlesex Crusaders languished at the bottom half of the table with 13 and 12 points respectively.

To vent things off, Franklin and Vettori attended Manchester United’s Premier League face-off against Swansea City at the ‘Theatre of Dreams’-Old Trafford. The match was evenly poised at halftime with Bailly putting the Red Devils’ noses in front. By full-time, Old Trafford was treated with a galore of goals, with Lukaku, Pogba and Anthony Martial sharing a goal each.

James Franklin, on the other hand, took the opportunity to capture the moment with his former teammate Daniel Vettori and posted a picture on his twitter account. Jimmy Neesham spotted the weird hairdo of Vettori and advised Franklin to take his coach to the hair stylist. He commented,”Get him down to your hairdresser Frankie!”
