Kim Sharma reacts on Yuvraj Singh’s post of thanking his fans on retirement anniversary
More than a decade ago, Yuvraj and Kim were reported to be dating each other.

One June 10, 2019, Yuvraj Singh, the Man of the Tournament in the 2011 World Cup, retired from international cricket. The left-hander didn’t have an overly great Test career, but as far as ODIs and T20Is are concerned, there was very few, who could match his prowess. Back in 2007, Yuvraj smashed a 12-ball fifty against England, including hammering six sixes in an over off Stuart Broad.
After hanging his boots, Yuvraj played in the Global T20 Canada and the T10 League in Abu Dhabi. Following his stupendous show in the 2011 mega event, Yuvraj had to battle with cancer and he went on to make his comeback in the national team. But after the mid of 2017, he couldn’t get his place back in Team India. In the end, he bid adieu and plied his trade in domestic T20 leagues.
Yuvraj Singh expresses gratitude
On his first retirement anniversary, his fans and some of his teammates lauded him for the wonderful career, including Sachin Tendulkar and Rohit Sharma. The Punjab-born Yuvraj didn’t forget to thank his well-wishers for the constant love and support.
“Dear fans. I am overwhelmed and full of gratitude. Cricket will always be my life just as each of you will always be an irreplaceable part of me,” Yuvraj wrote in his post. Moreover, he requested the people to abide by the rules and regulations, set by the Indian government in the coronavirus pandemic.
“As responsible citizens, let’s continue to follow the gov’t instructions on COVID-19 and do our very best to help those in need,” he added.

In the meantime, Kim Sharma, the Bollywood actress, had some words of appreciation for the veteran. She replied to the post and called Yuvraj a GOAT (Greatest of All-Time).

Interestingly, Kim and Yuvraj were reported to be dating a decade ago. If reports are to be believed, Sharma’s obsessive and abusive nature made Yuvraj dump her. But the duo seems to have retained their friendship. Last year, Yuvraj threw a retirement party in Mumbai where many Bollywood celebrities, including Kim, graced their presence.
