Kuldeep Yadav has been in sensational form in the ongoing Indian Tour of England. The English batting lineup got bamboozled against the chinaman again in the first ODI. His figures of 6/25 are a sublime proof of his fantastic bowling. The more amazing aspect of his bowling was the fact that he got five of the top six wickets.

Rohit Sharma also scored an outstanding hundred but it was Kuldeep Yadav who was the star performer of the day. Having received the Man Of The Match for his splendour performance, the wrist spinner was quite glad. Later, KL Rahul interviewed him for BCCI TV where he was asked about his initial feelings after receiving the award.

With the FIFA World Cup final scheduled to take place between Franca and Croatia on Sunday,  Rahul brought up a question regarding his prediction. Kuldeep conceded that while he was supporting Brasil who were eliminated halfway into the tournament, he expected France to lift the trophy.

The BCCI even shared their conversation on Twitter. Here’s what they tweeted:-  “WATCH: What are @imkuldeep18’s predictions for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Final? Who was he supporting? How did it feel to grab 6 wickets in the 1st ODI? He answers it all to @klrahul11 – by @RajalArora”

The Indian team has started their England tour on a good note. After having won the T20 international series 2-1, the visitors started the ODI campaign with a victory at Trent Bridge. While the spinners continued to outfox the England batters, the top order continued to dominate and topple the opposition.

The second ODI is going to take place at the Home Of Cricket, i.e. Lords. India had great memories at the venue last time around in 2014 as they won an exciting test match. However, they will also be wary of the threat posed by the No.1 ranked ODI team. The Englishmen would be looking forward to come out all guns blazing after the recent losses.
