Indian chinaman Kuldeep Yadav might be at the top of his game on the field but certainly needs a lesson on protecting his social media profiles. This afternoon a story was uploaded on the Instagram account of the cricketer that had a woman’s half-naked image. A minute later he removed the story and posted a message that his account was hacked and it was not he who posted the obscene image.

Kuldeep wrote – ‘Someone hacked my insta account. I’m so sorry for that thing.’ But in this age of social media nothing goes unnoticed. Though it was only there for a minute the incident spread like wildfire across all social media platforms and he had to face massive embarrassment. Soon after he also posted an apology and stated that he will protect his password better to avoid such a situation ever again.

Here are the two stories posted on his account:

That was not all, he also took to Twitter and wrote, “I would like to apologise for the unsolicited post that was posted by my Instagram account in the past few mins .my Instagram account was hacked by someone, I’ll take steps to improve my password protection. Thanks for understanding.”

The youngster is currently in South Africa with the Indian squad that is playing the three-match T20I series against the hosts. He was ruled out of the 1st T20I due to a thumb injury he had picked in the 6th ODI. Team India is preparing for the 2nd T20I that gives them a massive opportunity to seal the series. Having dominated the Proteas in the ODIs, Virat Kohli & Co. maintained rampant form in the Johannesburg T20I and beat them by 28 runs to take a 1-0 lead.

Kuldeep has had an amazing tour thus far. He was the highest wicket-taker in the ODI series claiming 16 wickets. South African batsmen have really struggled to read his bowling and have rarely picked his variations. With his partner in crime Yuzvendra Chahal, the chinaman ensured the Men in Blue their maiden bilateral series win in the Rainbow nation.
