The Indian cricketers are currently in Sri Lanka are having a gala time after winning the ODI series. After Deepak Chahar’s batting heroics helped them to win the ODI series against Sri Lanka, the Indian players were seen having great fun in one of the videos uploaded by the BCCI. In that video, the likes of Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Devdutt Padikkal, Sauryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Varun Chakravarthy, and Kuldeep Yadav were seen playing the game ‘wrong answers only’.

The video was posted on Twitter on Thursday and all the players were asked to reply with only wrong answers to questions such as ‘what is your name’ or ‘who are the three actors in 3 idiots.’ The Indian team will play the third and the final ODI against Sri Lanka in Colombo on Friday and ahead of the match, it seems that the mood in the dressing room is quite good.

‘Roger Federer’ – Devdutt Padikkal when was asked his name

One of the best answers was given by the Royal Challengers Bangalore and Karnataka opener Devdutt Padikkal. When asked what his name was, he replied “Roger Federer”. Varun Chakravarthy came close to beating that when he replied with “My name is Rajnikant.” Hardik Pandya also had a go at it and gave a very funny reply to who are the actors in the movie ‘3 idiots.’

To this, Pandya replied, “Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya and Kieron Pollard.” The two brothers share a really close bond with the West Indies limited-overs captain Pollard. Over the years, the trio has played a lot of cricket for Mumbai Indians where they have come close to each other. When Suryakumar Yadav was asked to respond with a wrong answer for LBW, he responded with ‘love before war.’

Ahead of the final ODI, the Indian team can give some of the younger players a chance to play. Having played with the same XI in both matches, this will be a good opportunity for Sri Lanka for experimentation as the team is carrying a huge squad of players. However, considering that the series is part of the ICC ODI Super League, it is unlikely that experimentation will be made. On the contrary, it hardly matters for India as they have already qualified for 2023 being the hosts.
