Challengers’ openers started off really well, but once their wickets fell, their top order collapsed. It required brave efforts from their lower middle order to reach a total of 155. It felt as this score would be enough but when Hayley Matthews and Nat Sciver-Brunt joined hands, it was a carnage for the Challengers’ bowlers. They lost just one wicket and chased down the total with almost six overs to spare. Mumbai Indians Women won the match by nine wickets.
