Worcestershire faced Derbyshire in their last league match, which was a high-scoring affair. After opting to bat, the decision aged well as they posted a huge total of 222 for five on the board. Mitchell Santner 64(46), Jack Haynes 44(32), and Adam Hose 42(21) were the top contributors for them. Zaman Khan and Zak Chappell picked up two wickets each. While chasing 223, Derbyshire was able to score 194 runs, and they were bundled out in 19.4 overs. In-form batter Wayne Madsen top-scored with 63(32).
