RCB suffered defeats in their last two matches, including their most recent encounter against Mumbai Indians. While batting first, they put a total of 199 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs on the board. Faf du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell both reached half-centuries, forging a crucial partnership of 120 runs for the third wicket after RCB lost two early wickets.
