Yuvraj Singh never lets an opportunity to pull former England batsman Kevin Pietersen’s legs. Time and again we have seen Yuvraj trolling Pietersen on social media. In fact, the England star also makes sure to give it back to Yuvraj whenever he gets a chance. Well, Yuvraj got another chance to troll Pietersen on Sunday and he did not let it go. Both the players are avid football fans and their teams went head to head in English Premier League.

While Yuvraj supports Manchester United, Pietersen is a big-time Chelsea fan. Both the heavyweights locked horns in a cracker of a clash at Old Trafford. In the end, Manchester United completely decimated Chelsea. The Red Devils recorded their biggest Old Trafford win over Chelsea since 1965 to start their season on a stunning note. The Red Devils forward Marcus Rashford scored twice, either side of a close-range effort from Anthony Martial. Substitute Daniel James made his Old Trafford debut with an unforgettable and stunning goal nine minutes from time.

The scoreline, however, was not a true reflection of the way the game was played. Chelsea was the better side before the breather but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men played with full throttle in the second half. The Blues hit the frame of the goal through Tammy Abraham and Emerson. However, it was just not enough for them to avoid their worst ever opening-day defeat in 104 league seasons. But then again the scoreline is what that matters.

And as if the defeat was not enough, Yuvraj added more salt to Pietersen’s wounds by trolling him on Twitter. The Indian legend took a subtle dig at Pietersen, writing:

“Hey mr @KP24 very quiet today all ok @ManUtd”
