'Mardo waali feeling aayi' - Shikhar Dhawan recalls his century against Australia in World Cup 2019

We have already seen famous players such as Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Yuvraj Singh doing the it. Recently, Shikhar Dhawan also had a session with his Delhi Capitals skipper Shreyas Iyer.
During the session, Iyer asked Dhawan a few questions, and the Delhi batsman didn’t shy away from responding to them. The former had asked the Indian opener about the toughest bowler he has ever faced and opening batsman named Dale Steyn. He also revealed that he faces difficulties while playing off-spinners on rank turners
Shikhar Dhawan rates World Cup ton against Australia as a special knock
Shikhar Dhawan also revealed that the century he had scored against Australia during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 was a special knock for him. Talking about the innings, Dhawan said, “Mardo walli feeling aayi.” In that match, the southpaw scored 117 runs from just 109 balls. Early in his knock, he had suffered an injury on the hand but kept batting without retiring himself. It was one of the best innings he played.
However, unfortunately, that innings turned out to be the last for Shikhar Dhawan in that World Cup. The injury ruled him out of the tournament. India posted a huge score of 352 on the back of his knock and went on win the match by 36 runs. During the session, the left-hander also revealed that he is trying to learn musical instruments and playing them to get through the lockdown.
“Playing a musical instrument, the vibrations you can feel inside your body. Music gives you peace and everybody should try to learn how to play a musical instrument now especially because we have so much time due to spending at home due to the lockdown,” Shikhar Dhawan said.
