Champions Trophy has been that much more engaging for the fans because of the fantasy league. In this game, a player is allowed to pick a team of 11 players and has to manage that team. The player can make a limited number of transfers to the team at the different stages. The performance of the players on the field earns gamer points and chance to win some prizes. The fantasy manager also has a feature, in which you can create a league and play with your friends and compare your respective scores.

The commentators also decided to join in the fun, and created their own private league. There are only 4 games to go in the Champions Trophy and according to the data released by ICC, former England captain Michael Atherton is enjoying a healthy lead at the top position with 2365 points. Bangladeshi commentator Ather Ali Khan is second in the standings trailing Atherton by just 94 points.

Only Indian in the list Sourav Ganguly is on the 7th position with a lot of catching up to do. He trails Michael Atherton by around 600 points and he needs to pull off some good transfers if he wants to have the bragging rights among his commentary mates.
Atherton had earlier trolled Ganguly in the commentary box during the tournament for his shirt-waving celebrations. During India Vs Sri Lanka game when he saw Flintoff in the crowd he decided to enjoy some banter with the former Indian captain. He asked Ganguly if he was feeling like lifting his shirt again on seeing Flintoff. Atherton also said that those celebrations were the worst scenes he had seen at the ‘Mecca of Cricket’.
