Mohammad Hafeez shares his fanboy moment with Rahul Dravid

Veteran Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Hafeez had a fanboy moment en route New Zealand recently. Hafeez caught up with former Indian cricketer Rahul Dravid in the flight that was taking off to New Zealand. Hafeez was quick to click a picture with the cricketer who reveres as a great human being. He shared the picture on his social media handle.

In the picture, Mohammad Hafeez and Rahul Dravid are seen all smiles. Hafeez also added a caption along with the picture in his tweet. He remarked Dravid as a great human being and mentioned that it is always a pleasure catching up with him. He called himself to be fortunate and honored to have played alongside Dravid in his cricketing career.

Both Dravid and Hafeez have faced off against on another several times in the India vs Pakistan clashes in the past. They have mutual admiration for one another and such posts only validate their camaraderie.

The two cricketers managed to catch up with one another in the flight to New Zealand. The flight took off from Dubai. Hafeez was travelling with the Pakistan side that is all set to take on New Zealand in limited overs cricket action. Meanwhile, Rahul Dravid was accompanying the India U19 team to New Zealand for the ICC U19 World Cup 2018.

Dravid is the head coach of the Indian colts and hopes to see the young Indian side lift the silverware yet again. The ICC U19 World Cup commences on January 13. Meanwhile, Pakistan’s tour of New Zealand starts on January 6.
