Mohammad Yousuf, former Pakistan batsman was recently involved in a question and answer round-up with his fans on the social media platform Twitter. He gave answers to different and unique questions asked by his followers. Meanwhile, he also revealed the name of the best while-ball cricket captain at the moment.

In international cricket, there is a long list of talented skippers with the likes of Eoin Morgan, Virat Kohli, Aaron Finch, and others. Even, Morgan showed his leadership skills in the mega event held in 2019 as he successfully led England to their maiden World Cup trophy. There is no doubt over the fact that all these players have reaped out lots of success as the captain of their respective teams. And, it is quite visible when we throw light on their records.

But, it looks like none of them has managed to impress Mohammad Yousuf with their work. Recently, a fan asked the 45-year-old to pick the best white-ball skipper in the world at the moment. The fan took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Who do u think is a better captain in current white-ball cricket in the world?”

As soon as Yousuf came across this question, he came out with a quick response and said that in his opinion Kane Williamson, the all-format skipper of New Zealand is the best in the world when it comes to leading a white-ball team. He took to his official Twitter handle and wrote, “Williamson.”

It is a well-known fact that the Kane Williamson took his team to finals in back to back 50-over World Cups (2015 and2019). But, he ended up losing on both occasions. However, earlier this year New Zealand whitewashed strong looking side Team India in a three-match ODI series under his captaincy that can be rated as one of his biggest achievements as a skipper.

During the question and answer round-up, he also came across a difficult question by a fan, who asked him to pick the number one batsman between Kumar Sangakkara, Ricky Ponting, Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara and Jacques Kallis. To which he replied by putting the players in the ranking order. He picked, India’s batting legend Tendulkar on top followed by Lara, Ponting, Kallis and Sangakkara.
