Baahubali 2: The Conclusion broke many records at the box office. After the film’s success, former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s fans started comparing him with Baahubali. But Dhoni has no clue regarding why “Katappa killed Baahubali”. Baahubali: The Beginning, the first movie of the series, ended in a transfix with the army general of Mahishmati, Katappa killing the king Amarendra Baahubali.

Dhoni was attending a promotional event. Questions by eager fans were flowing in, when suddenly one question stupefied MS Dhoni. A fan asked, “Why Katappa killed Baahubali?” One of the most successful Indian captains had no clue whatsoever regarding the answer. “See no one answers me when I asked them,” said Dhoni. Everybody burst into laughter at this comment by captain cool.

Dhoni is yet to watch the movie

MS Dhoni has not yet watched the movie yet. But he said he will definitely watch it sooner than later. He also asked the fans not the reveal the mystery, so that Dhoni can enjoy the film. “I didn’t get a chance to watch the movie but definitely, I would love to watch the movie. Don’t tell us the answer, I would love to know the answer by watching the movie.”

His form in this year’s IPL may not have been sublime but he played a match winning knock of 40 runs off 26 balls against Mumbai Indians in the Qualifier 1. Pune needed a good finish to post a respectable total on the scoreboard. MS Dhoni played an exceptional knock which comprised of 5 sixes. Owing to his superb strikes, Pune finished on 162 which was 20 runs too much for Mumbai.

Rising Pune Supergiant advanced into the final after coming out victorious in the Maharashtra derby. They are just one step away from winning their first IPL title. This may be their last chance as well, as Supergiant and Gujarat Lions were introduced in the IPL for only two years, to fill the shoes of temporarily banned Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals.

Dhoni has won two IPLs in the yellow jersey and he might be back leading the CSK next year. It is now to be seen whether he can win IPL in the purple jersey or not.
