Pat Cummins set to become father for the first time, fiancée shares picture of baby bump

Pat Cummins, the Australian fast bowler, is all set to embrace fatherhood. The speedster’s fiancée, Becky Boston, is pregnant and will be giving birth to their child this coming spring. Cummins recently played for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League.

He is yet to return to Australia after the T20 tournament had to be postponed for an indefinite time period. In the meantime, on Sunday, May 9, the world celebrated ‘Mother’s Day’. On the special day, Becky posted a story on her official Instagram account where she struck a pose with her baby bump.

The joy and jubilation of becoming a mother can, well and truly, be seen on her face. She captioned the picture and wrote, “First Mother’s Day with my mini bump.” The Knight Riders also congratulated the couple, writing, “What a fantastic piece of news on #MothersDay.”

Pat Cummins’ fiancée geared up to become a mother

A couple of weeks earlier on April 23, Boston dropped another post where he posed with her baby bump while being at the Noosa Main Beach.

She captioned the picture and wrote, “I can’t hide this happiness any longer!! Baby Boston Cummins will be joining us in Spring we are SO excited to meet you!!! @patcummins30.”

After she shared the news, Bon Paine, wife of Australian Test skipper Tim Paine, expressed her delight. She replied to her and wrote, “So so so exciteddddd.”

Candice Warner, David Warner’s wife, also sounded delighted by the development. “Yay, this is sensational news. Congratulations to you both.”

Back in the month of March before the IPL began, Cummins and Boston bought a home in Sydney for a whopping $9.5 million. It was learned that the home, which was situated on a 670 sqm block is very spacious. As per reports, the duo was set to tie the knots very soon.

Back in 2019, Cummins had bought an investment cottage for $906,000. Prior to that, he also bought a three-bedroom apartment in Clovelly near the bay area in Sydney in 2013. As far as his cricket career is concerned, Cummins remains as a key member in the Australian setup.
