Rahul Dravid replies to Virat Kohli with a special message

Current coach of the India Under-19 and batting legend Rahul Dravid is not the one, who always makes his presence felt on the social platforms and not the one who likes to be in the limelight. But, a special message from the Indian Test skipper, Virat Kohli made Dravid respond with a message for Kohli.

A few days ago, Kohli shared an old picture of him with Rahul Dravid and had said that it was a dream-come-true for him from being a young cricketer who hoped to get into the Indian side to establish himself as the key player in the Indian batting line-up.

“Moments like these make you feel grateful for where you are. Once I was trying to make eye contact with this legend and then I was interviewed by him while playing Test cricket for India. I guess dreams do come true #Grateful,” Virat Kohli wrote.

Dravid responded to Kohli’s post in his own humble manner praising Kohli for the brilliant start to his career and asked him to carry on his good work. Dravid also pointed out something cheeky saying that the current Test skipper was not just trying to make an eye-contact rather he was giving a message to himself, that he would go on to equal and perhaps even better the outstanding career that Dravid had in international cricket.

Virat Kohli-led Indian team is currently touring West Indies on a 4-match Test series. India is currently leading the series 1-0 with two Test matches to go. The third Test match will commence from August 9 at the Darren Sammy National Cricket Stadium, Gros Islet.
