South Africa and Zimbabwe will lock horns against each other in their opening T20 World Cup 2022 Super 12 round fixture at Bellerive Oval in Hobart. Zimbabwe topped the first round Group B table after impressive wins against Ireland and Scotland to qualify for the Super 12 round. South Africa beat New Zealand by nine wickets in the third first warm-up game to enter this fixture with a big morale boost. With India and Pakistan touted as favorites to finish the Super 12 round in top-two positions, both South Africa and Zimbabwe will be hoping for a positive start on Monday (October 24).

South African pacers are struggling for regular wickets in recent games but the spin duo of Keshav Maharaj are putting in impressive performances lately. Maharaj took three wickets against New Zealand and Shamsi grabbed two for six and then star batter Rilee Rossouw smashed fifty to guide Proteas to a big win. Zimbabwe's star all-rounder Sikandar Raza scored 136 runs and took five wickets in the first-round fixtures and will be their key player for the Super 12 round.

At Rario, India's first cricket officially licensed player cards platform, player cards from both South Africa and Zimbabwe are available to join the contest for this fixture. Rario users can join the contest at the D3 Cricket Strategy Game and win rewards up to $20,000. Users can join the contest with three players' cards, a minimum of one from both teams, but can not use a similar card for the other contest at the same time.

First Pick- Rilee Rossouw, Keshav Maharaj, Sikandar Raza

1. Rilee Rossouv

The in-from middle-order batter smashed unbeaten 54 runs off just 32 balls against New Zealand in the first warm-up game. He opened an innings in the absence of Quinton de Kock and proved his versatility in batting at any order. In his last T20I innings, Rossouw smashed an unbeaten 100 runs off just 48 balls against a strong Indian bowling unit earlier this month and his recent form will be beneficial for the users at D3 Cricket Strategy Game.

2. Keshav Maharaj

The veteran left-arm spinner has been in sensational form in the recent T20I games for South Africa. He took three big wickets against New Zealand in the first warm-up game and conceded only 17 runs from his three-over spell. Maharaj was also the most effective bowler for his team in the recent India tour where he took four wickets in three T20Is at an impressive economy rate of 7.09.

3. Sikandar Raza

The star Zimbabwe all-rounder has been a key player for his team with consistently impressive performances in recent games. Raza took a wicket and then smashed 40 runs off 23 balls against Scotland in Bangladesh's last first-round fixture to win the player of the match award. He scored 136 runs from three first-round innings at an impressive strike rate of 172.15 and will be a good captaincy option on D3 Cricket Strategy Game.

Second Pick- Reeza Hendricks, Craig Ervine, Wayne Parnell

1. Reeza Hendricks

Reeza started well against New Zealand in the first warm-up game with 27 runs off 24 balls but failed to convert it into a big knock. But the experienced opener is in great form this year and can prove an x-factor for his team in this game. He was rested for the T20I series against India but smashed a 74-run knock in the second ODI clash. Reeza has scored five fifty-plus knocks from his last eight T20 innings overall and can earn maximum rewards in this fixture.

2. Craig Ervine

The star Zimbabwe batter played a captain's knock against Scotland in their last first-round fixture to help his team to progress for the Super 12 round. Ervine scored 58 runs off 54 runs while other batters struggled for runs from other end. Ervine has scored over 1000 runs in T20I cricket and will be looking forward to a similar kind of knock against South Africa on Monday.

3. Wayne Parnell

South African pacers struggled for the wickets in the recent white-ball series against India but the Parnell managed to put in some impressive spells. He managed to take two big wickets of Kane Williamson and Fin Allen in the first warm-up game against New Zealand and conceded only eight runs from his two-over spell. Parnell has taken 52 wickets from 48 T20Is so far and can prove a key bowler for the Proteas in this fixture.
