Not for the first time
This isn’t the first time a cricketer received a proposal from a fan inside the stadium. The famous Zaheer Khan incident in an India-Pakistan game over a decade ago is something the fans still remember. Zaheer was sitting inside the dressing room when the camera spotted a fan with a placard which read “I love you.” That got the crowd going and Yuvraj Singh didn’t back away when it came to embarrassing his teammate.
South African cricketer Quinton de Kock got hitched to Sasha Hurly, who is a cheerleader. She approached De Kock for an autograph, but their relationship took an interesting turn and started blossoming. They got married last year in the presence of his teammates and family members.
