Young Indian batsman Rishabh Pant has been a teen sensation. In the recent times, he has emerged as the forerunner to be the next big thing in the Indian cricket circuit. Pant had a dream run in the domestic circuit this season. Also, he managed to translate his good run of form in the recently concluded edition of the Indian Premier League.
Pant played a couple of blitzkrieg knocks in the season for his franchise – the Delhi Daredevils. The highlights of season were smashing Umesh Yadav for 26 runs in a single over and scoring a match-winning 97 against the Gujarat Lions. The innings against the Lions showed that he is someone who can be the proven hitter of the cricket ball. Even the opposition skipper, Suresh Raina, had lauded his efforts after the knock.
Well, after having such a thunderous time on the field, Rishabh Pant chose to have some good time off the field too. He recently bought purple Mercedes-Benz GLC SUV after the conclusion of the IPL season. One would have imagined him to be drooling over his new beast machine and handle it with utmost care. However, what perspired soon after reveals slightly amateur side of the Delhi batsman.
Social media upload
Pant posted a short video on his social media handle while driving his new vehicle. In the short video, he is seen driving at a constant speed of 120kmph on the streets of New Delhi during the day time. By all norms, the speed of 120 cannot be tipped to be the one within the laws of the Delhi traffic police. When Rishabh Pant posted the video, little did he know that his video will trend for the wrong reasons.
