The Indian Team is bound to be buoyant on the back of their recent 9-0 series victory against Sri Lanka. Be it batting, bowling or fielding, skipper Virat Kohli‘s boys have excelled in all departments. However, this didn’t stop pacer Jasprit Bumrah from starting to gear up for the upcoming series and this hard work of his was much appreciated by ODI vice captain, Rohit Sharma.

Having participated in 3 Test matches, 5 ODIs, and a lone T20 against Sri Lanka at one go, the Indian team has been allotted a rest period of a little more than a week before their series against Australia at home kicks off. Both Sharma and Bumrah performed well in the Lanka tour, with the latter also receiving the Man of the Series award. India are all set to host Australia for 5 ODIs and 3 T20I matches, starting on September 17.
