The cricketing battle between India and Pakistan is considered as the fiercest and most thrilling encounter in the history of the sport. Be it the Ashes or the Trans Tasman series, everything falls short in front the massive India-Pakistan rivalry.

While the fans spend their time trolling and abusing each other all over social media, the cricketers of both the countries share a different relationship altogether. And without a shade of doubt, it is a relationship based on mutual love and respect.

The main story:

We got another example of the same when Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza took to her official twitter handle to share a picture perfect moment. The picture shows Mirza and her husband Shoaib Malik who is an active part of the Pakistan cricket team chilling in the city of London with former Indian speedster Zaheer Khan and his wife Sagarika Ghatge.

If you are thinking that’s that, you are simply mistaken. It was a group picture and a few other celebrities from India and Pakistan were also spotted in the frame. Long serving Indian international Ashish Nehra, former Pakistani international Azhar Mahmood and Bollywood actor Harman Baweja was also a part of the team.

Sania Mirza mentioned in her post that these kinds of nights are her favourite and there is absolutely no doubt over the fact that she had a brilliant time. Her tweet read “Random nights are the best kind of nights  @sagarikavghatge @ImZaheer @realshoaibmalik @AshishNehra64 @EbbaQ @AzharMahmood11.

However, Sania Mirza did not have a great outing at the Wimbledon this year. She crashed out from the tournament in both the women’s doubles and mixed doubles category in the round of 16. The 30-year-old has 41 doubles titles to her name to date and currently sits at the 8th position in the doubles rankings. Her career best ranking was in April 2015 when she grabbed the number 1 spot.
