Shah Rukh Khan set to entertain as a commentator during Indo-Pak clash

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to add to the humongous craze surrounding the India-Pakistan clash scheduled to take place later today. The Baadshah of Bollywood will be seen in a completely different role as the man will shift from his forte to try his hands on commentating for the very first time. According to Star, Shah Rukh will be a part of the pre-match show and will also entertain the fans during the match as a live commentator!

Shah Rukh Khan is not the first one to make his debut as a commentator in this Champions Trophy but legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar also marked his introduction to commentary during the tournament. The reason for bringing in a global superstar like Shahr Rukh is because of the stature of the Champions Trophy final.

“We had brought in Sachin Tendulkar for the league match between the sides and now we have called Shah Rukh,” said a Star official. Shah Rukh Khan will pair up with former Indian opener Virender Sehwag to commentate in Hindi from the Mumbai Studios of the broadcaster.

India will definitely go into the final as the favourites but it is always a risky bet when it is a final.
